Welcome to Heart & Holmes Farm, a family-owned Christmas tree farm where traditions run deep and memories are made. Nestled on the beautiful land of Annie Myrtle Miller, Erika’s great-grandmother, our farm is a testament to the love and legacy that has been passed down through generations.
Our Story
Heart & Holmes Farm is owned and operated by Zack and Erika Holmes, a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for family, community, and the simple joys of life. What began as a dream to create a place where families could experience the magic of the holiday season together has grown into something truly special.
The land itself holds a deep significance to Erika, as it has been in her family for decades. Annie Myrtle Miller, Erika’s great-grandmother, cherished this land, and her spirit of warmth and hospitality lives on in everything we do here at Heart & Holmes Farm. We are honored to carry on her legacy by creating a space where families, just like ours, can make cherished holiday memories.
The Farm
At Heart & Holmes, we specialize in cut-your-own Leyland Cypress trees, a family favorite for their beautiful shape, wonderful fragrance, and durability. Our farm offers families the opportunity to stroll through rows of these majestic trees and choose the perfect one to take home for the holiday season.
A Place for Tradition
Heart & Holmes Farm is more than just a place to get your Christmas tree. It’s a place to start new traditions and continue old ones. Whether you’re here for the thrill of cutting your own tree, warming up with hot cocoa, or simply enjoying the festive atmosphere, we hope you’ll feel at home on the land that has meant so much to our family.
Every year, we look forward to welcoming old friends and meeting new ones. For us, this farm is a labor of love – rooted in family, heritage, and a commitment to bringing joy to the community during the most magical time of the year.
The trees will be ready for cutting for the 2028 Season. In the meantime we hope you will join us for our tree lot located at the corner of Highway 77 and Highway 90 in Chipley, FL for beautiful Carolina Frasier Firs and handmade pop-up shop beginning on November 26th.
